Customs & Delivery Acceptance

Incorrect Address

⚠️ It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address.

Return to Sender

If a parcel is automatically returned to us by the postal service, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery. However, refunds are not available for return-to-sender parcels.

Order Does Not Arrive

Customers are encouraged to track their shipments. Affiliats.store is not responsible for delivery failures by the Postal Service or DHL. If a package is lost after being marked as delivered, we are unable to offer compensation.

Customer Pick-Up

As an online store, we do not offer in-person pickups. However, if you urgently need your order, feel free to email us, and we will try to arrange a pickup time.
